Qaadira Landry, MSW, LCSWA

Transformation coach

Providing support and coaching directly to families is a crucial piece to the economic mobility puzzle. As a Licensed Therapist, with a Master’s in social work, Qaadira is well equipped to take on the challenge. Through the power of connection and relationship, and her exceptional experience and credentials, she strives to empower individuals and families as they work toward positive change and self-sufficiency.

She has affectionately served in medical and mental health fields, as well as the non-profit sector as a community program manager. From providing in-home therapeutic services for children and families with prominent mental health challenges to guiding IPO groups of men and women battling addiction, Qaadira’s commitment to serving her community has always been at the center of all that she does. Her passion has also driven her to work with the Knoxville Leadership Foundation, placing people with significant barriers regarding employment into sustainable, high quality jobs.

As a Transformation Coach, Qaadira will couple her experience with her empathetic and relatable nature to inspire change, and create safe spaces for women to thrive and better themselves. In addition to inspiring change for our moms, she also works as a Therapist II for Genesis Project 1, LLC, right here in Charlotte.
