Welcome to the Freedom Business Collective (FBC), a vibrant hub dedicated to fostering the growth and success of small business entrepreneurs from the West Side of Charlotte. Over the last 5+ years, Freedom Communities has been building relationships with residents in the Freedom Drive Corridor. Through these interactions, a clear need emerged — Numerous small business operators working out of their living rooms, spare bedrooms, and cars were ready to take their entrepreneurial ventures to the next level. However, we consistently heard about two primary barriers to their business growth:
Cost of Professional Space: The expense of securing a professional workspace was too high.
Access to Strategic Competencies: They needed business skills and knowledge, but education was either inconvenient to access or too expensive.
FBC is our vision to address these barriers by providing affordable space in the same building as convenient and affordable entrepreneurial resources.
Our Services
Located at 1525 Enderly Road, the Freedom Business Collective provides professional spaces where West Charlotte entrepreneurs can operate and grow. We offer the following services:
Affordable Spaces: Secure exclusive spaces to run your business, available 24/7 with access to internet services and conference rooms.
Business Resources: Gain insights into business practices, financial management, human resources, marketing, and funding sources.
Educational Opportunities: Engage in personal educational strategies and attend on-site business education sessions.
Community & Networking: Connect with other entrepreneurs and industry service providers through informal gatherings and networking events.
Rent Scholarships: Eligible business members can benefit from rent scholarships covering 25% to 65% of their rent.

Want to Join the Freedom Business Collective?
Business Members: Selected through an application process, Business Members receive exclusive physical space, rent scholarships, 24/7 access to a professional facility, and entrepreneurial education.
Associate Members: Enjoy all benefits provided by FBC except for the use of an exclusive space. This includes limited access to the facility for co-working, personal educational strategies, and business resources.
The Community: The Freedom Business Collective is a hub for all entrepreneurs in the Freedom Drive Corridor to find the services and resources they need to grow their businesses or careers.
