Our mission at Freedom Communities is family-centered
community transformation.

Families are the center point of everything we do. Because we believe that in order to transform a community, we must start with the families who live there.

We look at barriers families face in three interconnected dimensions.

Internally

their mindset, and mental health

Interpersonally

the relationships they have with their children, spouse, and neighbors

Environmentally

the lack of safe and affordable housing, and the gentrification displacing families from their homes, and children from their schools detrimentally impacting educational outcomes.

Our goal is to help whole families build the skills, mindset and support network to support their upward mobility and sustained economic stability.
