Leah Wolfe brings a unique combination of creativity, precision, and analytical expertise to her role as Finance and Operations Manager at Freedom Communities. A former professional ballet dancer, Leah’s dance background instilled a deep sense of discipline, focus, and attention to detail — qualities that have become invaluable in managing the complexities of nonprofit finance and operations.
Leah earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts with honors in Dance Performance and Economics from Butler University and a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Management from Indiana University Bloomington. After transitioning from a professional ballet career, she began working with nonprofits across various sectors, excelling in grant writing, accounting, and client database management.
When she’s not managing operations, Leah enjoys running, dancing, and caring for her two cats. She lives by the quote, “The world needs your presence, not your perfection,” which reflect her belief that true impact comes from showing up each day with purpose and authenticity.
