Symone joined the Freedom Communities team after serving as a Community Relations Director for Capital Area Healthy Start Coalition, a non-profit organization focused on pregnancy and parenting. Prior to this, she attended Tallahassee Community College for two years before transferring to Florida State University, where she obtained a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing & Communications in 2018. Alongside her academic achievements, Symone gathered valuable experience through internships and positions at the Florida Chamber of Commerce, TCC’s Marketing and Communications Department, and Leon County Government’s Marketing and Communications Department, where her passion for human services and advocacy was ignited.
Motivated by a desire to blend creativity with a commitment to uplifting others, Symone found her calling in non-profit marketing. With her dedication driving her, she aims to lead impactful marketing and communications initiatives that empower individuals, inspire change, and help create a brighter future for everyone.
